When we first came on board with FlowJo I was worried about the customisation part of the process, not being overly technically savvy. Matt was a tremendous help, very hands on and before I knew it was confidently building my processes. I will say though, the best practice processes that FlowJo already have in place are incredible, there was stuff in there I didn't know I needed and now I can't imagine how I did it without those processes previously. The customisation has been great though for my business considering I have two offices in two different states, it's had a huge impact on our business and I estimate our total wage cost has reduced by 30% due to the automation in the software, reporting and recording.
